Order Acceptance
Suits-Rentals.com may at times request verification of information prior to acceptance and processing of an order. Suits-Rentals.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in the event of product unavailability.
Cancellation Policy
There is strictly NO exchange or refund for any cancellation of rental orders. In the event there is a change of rental dates (which is free-of-charge), you may reach out to our Customer Care team at least 3 days prior to your pick-up date. Suits-Rentals.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from purchases from our online store.
Shipping Policy
All orders placed with the “Courier” option will be shipped to you through a shipping partner, and will be scheduled to arrive on the pick-up date stated on your rental invoice. Currently, we only ship within Singapore.

Personal Items
Suits-Rentals.com will not be responsible or liable for any personal items left in the products that you return to us. We will not refund (in part or in full) any orders or reimburse the costs of any personal items you return to us. In the event that you accidentally return a personal item to us in your shipping box, you may reach out to our Customer Care team and provide all necessary information to help us identify the item. We may attempt to locate any personal items you believe you have returned to us upon receiving your request, but we are not obligated to do so and assume no liability for such personal items.
Damages
When you rent Products from Suits-Rentals.com, you will receive your items with a suit bag and a hanger. We will collect a refundable security deposit via Cash/PayNow on the date of your pick-up. You are to return the rented products in the same good condition, failing which your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit covers damages that can be repaired through normal dry cleaning or minor tailoring. If we determine that a rental Product is damaged beyond repair, or if a rental Product is not returned, you will be charged the Purchase Price of the items. Irremovable stains or marks and/or holes in the products are considered damaged. Unauthorized alterations made to a Product will result in an additional charge to return the Product to its original size.
Unreturned Fees
All rental orders must be returned back to Suits-Rentals.com on the return date stated on your rental invoice. Any Products returned by this date shall be deemed as needing a rental extension. A rental extension fee of $90.00 per day will be charged to the payment card used to pay the rental. If you do not return the rented item(s) within one week, your items will be considered unreturned and Suits-Rentals.com will charge your payment card for the retail value of your items stated on the site.
Loss of Items Liability
Suits-Rentals.com will not be liable for any loss of items. We do not provide replacements or refunds for any items lost via courier. The Company shall not be held responsible to any penalty charges incurred by the Courier companies or Singapore Post, and we are not liable for any consequences caused by the delay due to incorrect or incomplete address or information provided by the Customer or any other reasons that
resulted in the delivery failure. Re-delivery fees and penalty charges (if any) shall be solely born by the Customer.
PAYMENT
Payment for all rentals or purchases is due in full upon placing an order. Payment in full is required to finalize an order. By submitting your payment information to us, you authorize Suits-Rentals.com to charge your payment card, or other payment method associated with your account, for all rental fees and any other fees incurred as described in these Rental Terms or at the time of placing your order within a reasonable time after placing your order. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to be paid via PayNow before your rented items are shipped out. Upon return of the items in good condition, the security deposit will be refunded via PayNow.
